Such sad news, Unfortunately I missed Bills funeral.
I only just heard of Bills death today, such a great man to many at Inglewood Engineering.

Wim's sister in law, Royal, and your cousins, Bettina, Veronique, Scott and family are so sorry for the loss of Uncle Wim.

Veronique and I remember family holidays at the Scholtens when we were children. Wim was so kind to us kids but no nonsense haha!

I also remember my first year at University, going with Yolanda to stay at the Scholtens in the holidays. We were about 18. Wim treated us as young adults and listened to and discussed our thoughts and ideas. Although when I think back we were just kids. Wim was always a welcoming and generous host.

Wim was also an astute and successful businessman and a real credit to his family and community.

Last time I saw Uncle Wim was a few years ago and he was his usual gregarious, humorous and loving self.

We will miss our Uncle Wim.
