William Edward:
Reg. No.4211642 Cpl. 2NZEF 1939-1945. Passed away peacefully in Whanganui Hospital, on Sunday, 29th May 2022, aged 98 years. Beloved husband of the late Esther. Father and father-in-law of William and Anita, Lynne and Mike Ries, Julie and Paul Rouppe van der Voort, and Darrylle and Paul Sorensen (Australia). Loved grandfather of Isaac, Emma, Reuben, and Lauren; Leni, Carl, and the late William; Joshua, Jessica, Elijah, and Abraham; and his 13 great-grandchildren. A private family service has been held.
