William (Willie) Alfred:
Rae and family would like to thank all relatives and friends for the many cards, baking and flowers of sympathy received following their recent loss of Willie. He touched so many people in different ways throughout his life and he would be blown away by all the love and support shown by all. Grateful thanks to everyone who has visited and phoned Rae and family and to everyone who attended the funeral service. Special thanks to those who kindly made a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Finally, a sincere thank you to Opunake Fire Service, St John Ambulance (Stratford and New Plymouth), Hawera Police, Sam Bennett, Kirsty Mehrtens and the team from Eagars for the respect and dignity shown to the family at this difficult time.
