William STARK Obituary

Thinking of you today as I do everyday. As I light this candle dear brother Bill & Darling sister in law Lorraine in memory of you both, I pray for your family here.

staying with Bill and Loraine was a highlight of my early widow-hood.Such love and kindness given,with no real contact for many years.The years rolled back, and Billy and I were little folk at Grandma Robinsons in Shannon with our Mother,the two people who loved us most.I remember it well Billy Boy,the creak and the ducks and smacked bottoms,and loud quacking ducks.Oh those were the days.Softy Granma who cuddled two balls of mischief better.Yes Bill Ann remembers.

so many memories,so many sad ones for you and me, Billy, but we both found LOVE that endured, so we are the lucky ones.Rest easy dearest brother, I love you to heaven and back.Ann.

This candle is in memory of you Bill & Lorraine, as I say a little prayer for you.

STARK, William Horace. —
At Maryann Rest Home, Stratford, on 31st August, 2013. Loved and respected brother-in-law of Wilma and John Ludbrook and family (Hamilton), Dorothea and Albie Williams & family (Tauranga). A hard strong working man, who lead by example, his actions were always stronger than words, and was loved and respected by all those who knew him. Rest in Peace Bill.

STARK, William Horace. — Passed away peacefully in the presence of loved ones at Maryanne Rest Home. Loved father and father-in-law to Kevin and Dianne and much loved Grandad to Daniel and Kate, Kasey, Penny and Steven, Paige and Corey.
Sargent, Coach, Barman, Father, Friend, a true inspiration to us all. Always there to lend an ear and give support in times of need. Never to be forgotten. We will love you always.
A special thank you to the loving caring staff at Maryanne. You where more than caregivers to Bill, you were some of his dearest friends and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

STARK, William (Bill). — The committee, players and supporters of the Stratford Rugby & Sports Club acknowledge with sadness the death of our life member, Bill. We extend sincere sympathy to the Stark family.
Bill was also a former Club Captain and willingly gave up his time and worked tirelessly for our Club for many years.

Dearly loved brother of Ann and the late Robert Procter (Temuka), Ngaire Crockett (Palmerston North), Beryl and John Billington (Cambridge), Lois and Noel Morris (Palmerston North), June and Roger Pratt (Eltham), Graeme and Maureen Stark (Tauranga).
Though your smile has gone forever and your hand we cannot touch. We have so many memories of you we love so much. Your memory is our keepsake of which we’ll never part. God has you in his keeping, we have you in our heart.
