Driving around Taranaki we see many projects he's been involved in over the years and a few he was still working on. He's left a real legacy in the area. But I think the legacy he is most proud of is all of you. We spoke to Willie just before level 4 lockdown began. He said the world will be a different place once we get through the Covid 19 crisis.
