SMITH, Yvonne:
Yvonne's family sincerely thank everyone for their support in the loss of a loved mother, step mother, mother-in-law, grandma and great grandma. A special thank you to the staff at Wards 4a and 2A TBH for their care and compassion looking after Mum, Reverend Geoff Rodley for coordinating and delivering a personal family service, and Dr Claire Hill for being a kind and caring doctor to Mum over many years.
