Lee, Mile and Isla. Our thoughts are with you this weekend. I had so many good times with Mike over the years, he was one of my dearest friends. Our time in London flatting together was a blast and you taking me into you home in Auckland while I was looking for a place to live show what big hearts you both have. Love always

Kia ora Lee and family, so sad to hear about Mike. I (Virginia) was fortunate to have a lovely catchup with him at the WOMAD breakfast. Mike was a whirlwind of energy with amazing music knowledge and Warren I enjoyed every encounter with him. He always used to remind me of Tigger, in terms of his boundless enthusiasm for The Most - and life. We are unable to make Saturday's funeral because we'll be out of town, but we will be thinking of you and your Mike. Arohanui, Virginia and Warren
