Milton Ernest Bagley, 85, of Diana, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on February 4, 1940 to Ernest Schuler Bagley and Bradys Capps Bagley. Milton graduated from Atlanta High School in 1958 in Atlanta, Texas. He served 4 years in the
U S Navy and worked in the oil field for most of his career, including Otis Engineering and Superior Energy. He worked in South Louisiana, Venezuela, Alabama, south Texas, and Longview, TX.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Bagley, wife Kim, and daughter, Wendy Garner, his grandchildren Brooke, Cristina, Hannah and Sarah. He is also survived by his brother, Ron Bagley and his wife Connie, along with his sister, Linda Dailey and her husband Mickey and numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Bagley, wife, Linda Cravath Bagley, son Troy David Bagley, and brother Junior Taft. Milton loved to tell a good story, not sure if it was true or just wildly made up, smoke a fine cigar, and drink good scotch and a glass of red wine. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and traveling with his wife Cindy. He attended First United Methodist in Daingerfield, Texas.
